Residential developments have challenges of their own and these projects often require phasing so models can be open to the public and units can quickly be available for sale, working with both the developer and the homeowners' association to meet deadlines and modify finish specifications as needed, and working around residents as they move into their new homes. The Mission Royale job also had multiple types of residences within the complex, including both townhomes and single family homes, and a retail space adjacent to the site.
