Minimum Requirements	5+ years commercial painting experience, familiarity with paint products and applications, good communication skills, availability to work some nights and weekends as required, punctuality, ability to work with a team, valid California driver's license, clean DMV record, and reliable vehicle are all required. Experience with airless spray rigs, ability to read blueprints, experience with specialty coatings a plus.

Dental/Medical Insurance
Burdick Painting offers both Medical and Dental Insurance for every eligible employee.  An eligible employee is an employee who has completed the number of hours and/or number of days of employment required to qualify for benefits. 
 
We pay the full cost of the employee's portion, and offer dependent/spouse coverage at the employee's cost.  General information regarding these plans is detailed below:
 
• Basic Plus: Employees may choose from any provider in this PPO plan.  Office and hospital visits at member facilities up to $5,000.00 per year are 100% covered after a co-payment   This program also offers chiropractic and acupunture benefits.  Please see the Human Resources Department for details.
• AIG Dental Plan: Employees can choose to receive care from any provider. Preventive care is covered at 100%, other services are covered either at 80% or 50% depending on the services received.  Please see the Human Resources Department for more details.
 
Work boot reimbursement
Burdick Painting will reimburse its eligible field employees up to $70.00 for one pair of work boots per calendar year.
 
401(k) Plan
Burdick Painting offers the option to contribute to a 401(k) profit sharing plan.  Employees  may contribute up to 25% of their pay, with a maximum of $15,500 per year.
